Her most significant social contribution is the founding of the People\’s Impact Network, a nonprofit established in 2020. Namitha engineered a sustainable \”Triple Win\” model that repurposes ethnic clothing to fund local grants, ensuring value for donors, buyers, and beneficiaries alike. After steering the organization through a period of exponential growth and impact, she transitioned to the role of Advisory Chair in 2024, demonstrating her commitment to sustainable governance and long-term organizational health.
Namitha\’s history of community building extends well beyond her most recent venture. She co-founded the Happy Feet Walkers Club in 2015 to promote health and wellness for women.
